THREAD LINE Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, THREAD LINE offers easy returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience stress-free.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info.threadline@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp/phone at +27 64 557 8876.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if needed.

  3. Returns can be made by courier or in person at our address:
    981 Masakaneng Street, Modimolle, Limpopo.

  4. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection if needed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, THREAD LINE will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), a R100 return courier fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
